5 Things that make me happy

Ok so Its been months since I've written a blog because this was Danielles idea and I haven't decided how into it I am. She had one on her page about the 5 things that make her happy so I thought I would do the same.

1) My friends. My friends are one of the most important things in my life and I don't think they will ever realize how much they mean to me. Over the past 10 months I have done so much with them and I finally feel like I'm not stuck anymore. I loved hanging out with Kristin and Tara before Laura's wedding because somewhere between highschool and now I've forgotten how much fun it is to get all dressed up for something. I loved going to the lake with the girls, even if I did start crying (stupid Rum lol) and I have finally decided that Laura does not hate me!!! And Danielle I don't even know cause I'm going to start crying. I really hope that telling Danielle that she is a Lybyer to me tells her a lot because my siblings mean more to me than anything. I do not know where I would be right now if it wasn't for Danielles help and advice, so thank you.

2) My pug, Captain. He is such a crackhead!!! It is almost impossible to stay upset when you look down and see him fighting with a towel or chasing his tail. I don't even know how to explain it but he is just so cute I can't help but laugh even if having him does cause me stress sometimes it is totally worth it!!

3) Going to concerts!!!! I love concerts to the point where other people probably find it amusing. I can't help it though. This summer Valerie and I went to see Kenny Chesney and the whole day was all about kenny. I bought her a shirt and we went to all of the radio station booths before hand. We also played rock band in front of a crowd of people to try to win back stage passes. She refused to sing so I did Miranda Lambert's Gun Powder And Led and the KMPS people took up the other instruments to complete the band. It was so much fun!!!!!! I don't remember the last concert I had been to before that, either BSB with the girls or Rascal Flatts with Val but every time I go to a concert I am like a teeny bopper all over again, and I don't mind one bit because, why not?! lol

4) Going to my uncles for movie nights. When we were younger my sisters and I used to go over to my uncles house like every three months for a movie night. The routine is always the same: we show up and get pizza and watch the first movie (he usually has one chosen out for us) after the fist movie he makes popcorn and we all argue over the second movie and sometimes he even has to choose just because with so many of us over there (4 sisters 1 brother and usually a few friends) we can't come up with one. About half way through the second movie he pauses it to make ice cream sundaes. This has been to routine for as long as I can remember and even though we don't get together every three months any more he tries to do at least two a year for us. For some reason our relatives are not very close so it is really cool that my uncle does this for us, and he seems to really enjoy having us over so it works either way.

Ok I'm not sure if I want to post my next one but because at lunch Danielle said I need to express how I feel better I'll just post it.

5) Corey. I'm not sure where he falls in the whole things that make me happy, but since this isn't titled the top 5 things I think its ok. What a mess I've made of my life, like seriously ugh!!! But corey and I talk like every night and he always seems to make me laugh which I've needed. We've gotten into a couple of not really fights, more like misunderstands, but we seem to be getting better at talking about it...Ugh I'm so annoyed with myself right now!!! I have all these things to say and then Im getting all shy grr!!! Since I can't seem to get myself to do more than chat with Danielle about it I'll just say that Corey is basically a really great guy who for the most part is really understanding and doesn't make me feel stupid about all of my little issues that I keep running into and I'm really glad that I've met him and that we are hanging out. I know that was pathetic but maybe I'll write more later lol GRR!!!

Road Trip (Day 2) MT-SD

So we woke up in Montana around 6:30am and decided to eat breakfast at the hotel. Kind of funny, they were having like a truck drivers convention or something so we got to hear about their tips to eachother!! Lol. So after leaving the hotel we decided to go to walmart where I saw my first cowboy of the road trip! I also found out that they do not sell scratch tickets at walmart, wierd. So in order to get scratch tickets kathy and I drove to a gas station that advertises that they have a casino also!! Way fun! So after getting gas tickets we decided to drive to yellowstone in Wisonson!! Woot!! Lol... Ok so the dive to yellowstone took FOREVER!!!!!!!!! Like a couple of long boring hours. We get to yellowstone and I realize that because we went there I wasn't going to get a picture of the Wyoming welcome sign!!! Damn it all!!! So we go and see the gysers (sp?) and discover....how boring!!! What a waste of time for real!!! We probably were out of the car in yellowstone for like half an hour total!!! So we leave yellowstone and I guess were planning to make it to South Dakota by the end of the night....I did not realize that was the plan for the day though...so it was pretty damn annoying being in the car for that long!! Once we were in Wyoming, but not in Yellowstone we stop at the gas station for scratch tickets...only to find out Wyoming doesn't have lottery!! Fuck Wyoming seriously?! So we stop to eat at a Taco Johns (where I got a picture of their cool garbage cans) and then we fly out of town...thats when I started to realize how fast we were going and I was starting to get pissed off. I think Kathy might have noticed because she stopped for a few random pictures and started to slow down so I could get pictures of fun road signs and wildlife (I might have seen a prarie dog but wasn't sure!!!!) So after driving through hours of red rock / red ground we finally make it out of Wyoming and into South Dakota...it was dark when we got to SD though, so I didn't get that welcome sign either :(. More about South Dakota tomorrow....

Road Trip (Day 1) Hakuna matata

12:00pm (ish) Kathy arrived at my apt to pick me up for our road trip to PA!!!!!!!!! So we get to her car and she wasn't joking, my bag will be sitting at my feet the whole drive. Our first stop, Walmart in Renton *we made it far, I know!!* So after loading up on snacks (but not too many since the car was packed* its time to hit the road!! We made it as far as Ellensburg before stopping for lunch & gas; I was secretly laughing since we made 3 stops in WA already...little did I know how the rest of the trip would go. So after stopping for food and gas we drove through the rest of Wa and into Idaho!! Stops in Idaho: one. I got lottery tickets and we got gas. Then onto Montana!!! Woot, bring on the cowboys! So in Montana I was starving so we decided to stop for dinner. We had our trustly little GPS so we ventured off of the freeway and down this LONG street. Get about 4 miles down the street (in the middle of Nowhere, MT) and Kathy is all "whats that in the road up there..oh shit" Yeah. there was a tree that had fallen and was completly blocking the road. Thats how out in the middle of nowhere we were...so I guess were not going there to eat..time to get back on the freeway!! Ok so then with the help of the GPS we find another resturant..what the hell was the name again...Jaspers (thanks to my twitters lol) so we ate at Jaspers resturant / casion / liquor store!! The food was suprisingly very good. We both got the same thing...I think it was a cajun chicken that came with a potato and vegis...so nummy!! So after dinner we drove into Missoula to stop for the night!! So far; zero cowboy sightings!!!! :(

Camping!

Ok so Dan and I went camping this weekend with Terry, Lori, Rob & Angie and it was interesting, mostly fun but interesting. When we first got to the campsite (hours later than everyone else since they took the day off work) I took Captain out since he had been in the car for hours. Well, turns out Angie brought her dog, and guess what?! He's not friendly with other dogs. Why would you bring a unfriendly dog to a campsite where there are going to be other dogs? I thought that was weird. Anywase Friday night sucked since I had a major headache thanks to the bank construction at work so I basically ate and when to bed. Terry & Lori had set up an extra tent for us, and even loaned us a air mattress so I thought that was so nice of them!! Saturday I woke up pretty early and went on a short walk with Captain. After breakfast we all decided to go on a 1 1/2 mile hike around the river. I brought Captain (my pug) and Angie brought Irish, who I have no idea what kind of dog it was but its about the size of a lab. Well Captain got tired mabye a mile into the hike so I had to listen to Rob talk about my sissy dog for the rest of the trip. I did get a chance to see if Captain likes the water though, and I'm thinking he does, just not rushing river water. Anywase Saturday after the hike we went back and Dan and I went to the store since he wanted beer. After we got back everyone wanted to go to the cave near by, but it was thundering, so I didnt want to leave Captain in the tent alone. Good thing my dog is small cause I got to bring him!! :D Captain and I wern't too big on the cave though, which was fine because the entire walk to the cave & around the cave took less time than the drive there. When we got back it was raining, but it wasn't too bad. Birch bay rain a few years ago was TONS worse... So Saturday night we sat around playing apples to apples but we played it where if your card was chosen you had to do a shot of whiskey (that was the only thing there to do shots of). After my 3rd shot I was able to do the shots at the table, and after my 5th shot I was pretty much done. We all went down to the water for a bit longer and I was pretty out of it. I couldn't even walk back up the hill 'cause I kept falling. At one point I thought I was going to fall right into the water! So when we got back to camp we all sat around the campfire talking for a bit. After maybe an hour Dan decided he wanted to go to bed. Without going into too much detail (cause I don't even know) I guess I can't drink around Dan. I pissed him off cause I told his friends that if I hear something in the middle of the night he makes me get up (which is SO true) and he was pissed off at me for saying that, which pissed me off so it pretty much wasn't a good night. I told him fine, i'll no longer drink around him and leave my crazy drunken stories for hanging out with my friends. So next time Dan and his friends play a drinking game I guess I'm out.... Now I'm home and tired since I didn't sleep well (the tent was a bit wet since it had rained for like an hour on Sat). So basically that was my camping story. Oh, and Angie (robs girlfriend who I just met) wow. She's nice enough...but she's almost 40 and I swear she wears her daughters clothes. Its kind of annoying when old people think that they are young and cool...its more annoying when you have to deal with them for the whole weekend. But whatever....

Long boring car rides leads to randomness...lol

So as I was driving to Eileens earlier I was cracking myself up when I realized how perfect my car fit me. On the back window I have a window sticker of cowboy boots...and then Twilight / Team Edward on the other side. I have old air fresheners hanging from my mirror...a cowboy hat & a pink my little pony. I think its funny because if you meet me you'll probably get a picture in your mind of who I am; but at the same time I'm totally not!!! I love huge trucks, the kind you need a side bar to get into and mini coopers. I have an equal love for the backstreet boys and blink 182. I like chick flicks and action movies. I can be very helpful and nice, but if you are rude I can be rude right back. Its way fun to be me because I constantly surprise people because they just assume stuff about me and I enjoy proving them wrong. The only ones who really know me are my good friends, I'm not even sure if my family gets me but whatever!!! Anywase I was thinking about all of this when I was driving cause it totally cracked me up!!!

So as I'm sitting here twittering because my husband is asleep on the couch (again) I realize how great all of my friends all. I am so glad that we have started hanging out again, I really believe that friends are the best kind of therapy ever. I am so glad that we get to share such crazy moments together, both old and new. Like in high school when we used to go dancing at dakotas (an all ages country club that we thought was so cool.) Now its more grown up things, such as work (and stalking the twilght men of course). To everyone of my friends reading this, thank you so much for staying a part of my life, and I hope that we are all friends forever. You will never know how great it is to have you all in my life *I know-very sappy!!* Now, WHEN ARE WE GOING BACK TO CANADA BITCHES?!

I AM a crazy stalker person

Ok, so I know I'm Robsessed but i didn't mean to use 2 of the same pict of him I swear!! I don't really know what I am doing... thank god he is the sexiest man ever so there for all is forgiven....

Oh my god!!!! So first a little background info. I am a HUGE twilght fan. HUGE as in MAJOR TWILIGHTER OVER HERE!!!!!!!! So are my friends, but I am pretty much on the top of the list for the craziness. So I am 120% team Edward, so naturally I believe that Rob Pattinson is the sexiest man in the world. NO. SERIOUSLY. Its kind of a problem...

Anywase since I am such a huge fan my friend Danielle and I decided to drive up to Vancouver a few months ago to, of course, find Rob. We stayed at some cheap hotel on grandville maybe?! I don't really know, but it was gross. But anywase there was a crazy huge street fair going on but since we were broke and on a mission (I was going to find Rob and convince him to sleep with me!!) we didn't bother with the street fair too much, just checked out the mall and then went to go eat dinner at a restaurant in Yaletown that Rob was supposed to have eaten at. Well, needless to say we didn't find His Hotness and had a weird trip that was fun in its own way, depressing in its own way also. Ok, remember how I said i am a HUGE as in Major twilighter over here?!

Well... we decided to try again!! Only this time 4 of us went; Danielle, Kristin, Tara and I. Well, since I have no problem being honest i am not 100% of a stalker, but if it wasn't so creepy and if I knew what I was doing I totally would!! I spent probably a few hours "researching" the Internet to try to figure out what hotel Rob was staying in (did I not mention I'm gonna convince him to sleep with me?!) So after my research I found the hotel that Rob Pattinson is staying at, the very one that I was going to sleep with him at and everything!!! OMG *sigh*.

So our drive to Canada took FOREVER (ok ok, it was only a few hours but when His Hotness is waiting for me it seemed to take way too long!!). We got to our hotel room around 1:30pm or something, and I started drinking (one has to be a little drunk if they are going to throw themselves at His Hotness or else I might faint hello!) So after drinking I don't even know how much we decided we were hungry so I grabbed my drink and walked out of the room. At this point and time I've had enough to drink that I discovered that the floor in front of the elevators is not level!! You would think that in a hotel that hosts His Hotness they would be able to afford someone to fix their floors!!! Anywase we are all going to go down to the lobby for food so we are waiting on the elevator. When the doors open I start to go in, look up, stare and then go back out!!!! OMG OMG OMG!!!!!! Its Jacob!!!!! I am NOT a traitor!!! TEAM EDWARD!!! Wait a min., its Taylor, not Jacob!!! Yes, I had all of those thoughts in the 10 seconds it took me to look, recognise, half way go into shock and then back out the the elevator!! Thank god for (I think Tara) one of my friends "God Debbie is so drunk, you're going down right" and then shoving me back into the elevator!! i get in and I'm like "No guys, It's NOT the alcohol!!" Danielle doesn't notice, so I've got to make sure that she does. So Taylor (looking VERY adorable & kind of hiding behind his body guard like he thought we were going to have our way with him... next year ladies when he's 18) anywase he gets off on floor 3 (he was going to work out-hence the out fit and bottle of water) but I swear before the doors shut we all start screaming our heads off!!!!! I'm sure EVERYONE from floor 3 down to the lobby could hear us screaming through the elevator on our ride down!! I was so drunk though I didn't realize what was happening! I totally thought that Taylor got off at the lobby then we were standing there screaming with the doors shut, so thank god we actually moved down a few floors!!

So we went and ate but I was really out of it and only thinking about werewolves (i am team Edward--but its Taylor!) So I think I rushed everyone through their meals. Then since they are not stalkers they didn't want to go to the work out room but I AM A CRAZY STALKER PERSON so I convinced Tara to go to floor 3 with me. So Tara and I are wondering the hall way (like we actually know where the work out room / pool are, I am not THAT great of a stalker, jeez, that would be super crazy of me to know where the hotel pool was, duh.) So Tara and I are wandering around the hall (Tara is ahead of me a bit) when all of a sudden she turns around and walks back towards me. I look up and there is Taylor, with his body guard!! You know what? He's kind of cute, he's 100% twilight so I want a picture. "Um, excuse me do you think I could" I start to walk towards him & his body guard... "Hello" they keep walking.... RUDE his body guard must be able to spot the crazies a mile a way because he totally did not want me taking a picture!! So , no I didn't get to meet jail bait but I did get to talk to his body guard!!

Anywase after seeing Taylor we all decide to go back to our room where I continue to drink like no other (what the hell... I never drink!!) I'm like ready to fly out the window or something 'cause I'm so excited to meet Rob next!! So I get dressed, hair done, then have to wait like 3 hours for the girls to get ready. Um, hello guys, His Hotness is TOTALLY waiting for me, and all you can think about is which color of earrings to wear?! Some people.... so finally we head out to dinner, kind of drunk so we get a little lost (and maybe a little snippy with each other) but we ended up stopping in Yaletown (yeah, yaletown, Rob is always spotted in yaletown!!) we eat dinner at some weird sports bar that has picts of topless girls all over the place (what the hell?!) No one orders a drink, just water. I look down on my menu and see "Barbies Vacation!" Perfect!! So I order one of those, must not of had too much alcohol 'cause I didn't taste any of it!! Then we scarf down our food (did I not mention Rob was waiting for me?) After dinner we head towards Glowbal in Yaletwon, where I am going to meet up with Rob (mind you this is what I've decided...its not like I could actually contact him for the details or anything...) So we get there, walk into the bar and its like what the hell?! It was a TINY little bar with a couple of like couch things and that is all. No pool tables?! I read (cause I am a crazy stalker) I read in the last copy of OK! that he likes to play pool there!! So needless to say, no Rob, but that is OK, the night is still young. Wow, I just clicked the preview button and saw how long this was so I'll wrap it up!! But after glowbal we headed out and found a bar that had pool and after doing a shot of jaeger we all play (except Kristin, and to be honest I'm pretty sure I only hit the white ball once) Jeff ( I think his name was Jeff) was nice enough to tell me a little bit about pool, and pay for all of the games we made him play with us!! After pool we decide to go look for Rob some more (maybe he'll be at a bar that has a stripper pole?) well, that didn't happen!! It was frickin POURING!!!!!!! OMG! There goes all of our hours of hair and make up, all washed away in like 20 seconds!! Poof gone! Suddenly bar hopping wasn't an option since we were soaked to the bone and at least I was freezing (of course) so we wonder around lost cause were drunk & can't see where the hell we are walking, but finally make it back to our hotel.

We get to our hotel room, change into warm clothes, then after realizing we were starving go and grab some food.

Since we didn't feel too sexy then (except Rob would totally still want me) we decided to turn into real stalkers / drunk girls who don't feel like heading back out side. So we went around the hotel room figuring out how high up in the hotel we could get with our key ( and me going around touching the phones just in case Rob got locked out of his room once and he touched the same phone *sigh*) Well, it didn't' really work out too well... I am a fantastic stalker, but I just need to figure out how to stalk the right guy!! how the hell did I do that?! Too funny that we saw a celebrity but it was the wrong one! I was there to stalk Rob, but am 100% happy that we saw Taylor (that means Rob can run but he can't hide....) next time (probably when they are filming Eclipse 'cause i doubt I can get anyone to go back to Vancouver with me within the next 3 weeks...) but next time I WILL FIND ROB!!!!!!!! Did I mention I was a HUGE fan?! Totally Robsessed over here.....
